The Auction

Each year, the Hearst Elementary School Foundation holds an annual Auction and Event to help raise money for our school and students. Proceeds from the event have a direct impact on programs and facilities at Hearst.

What and when is the Hearst Foundation Auction and Event?

The annual Auction is the Foundation's preeminent fundraiser for the school. Everyone is able to participate in the auction whether you attend the event or not. 100% of proceeds go directly back to our school.

The event is held March 1, 2025 and gives parents, friends and teachers of the school a chance to dine, dance, and bid on silent auction packages, to help raise funds for our various school needs. 100% of proceeds go directly back to our school. The event is so fun and includes a plated dinner and open bar.

How do your donations benefit Hearst students?

Hearst Foundation funds a wide variety of educational activities, programs and campus improvements, this year we will focus on our Physical Education Equipment!

How much money do you raise?

On average, we raise between $60,000 - $90,000 each year, 100% goes directly back to support Hearst Elementary.

How can you help?

Donate an item to our Silent or Live Auction!

Do you or someone you know have a connection at a restaurant, hair salon, jewelry store, clothing store, dry cleaners, children's store, or even a theme park? How about an exciting getaway? Do you own a second home, a time share, or a rental property? Do you have any sporting event tickets or theater tickets? Do you know an artist, music teacher, or personal trainer?
